The Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatolii Matios urged all internally displaced persons and residents of the uncontrolled Donbass to check the status of their dwelling, which remained in the occupied territory, in the register of immovable property. He said this today at a briefing in Kyiv, OstroV’s correspondent reports.

"I appeal to everyone who watches us, including those Ukrainians who are in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and the Luhansk oblasts and all the IDPs. Real estate registers are open. Check if there have been any changes there. Apply to the SBU or military prosecutor's office, we will inspect such changes", - he said.

As previously reported, on October 31, the SBU together with the military prosecutor's office detained a Ukrainian judge, who was engaged in re-registration of the Donetsk real estate in favor of representatives of the "DNR".

"Yesterday, the SBU together with the military prosecutor's office detained a Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky court judge, a native of Donetsk, who is suspected of using stolen seals and stamps of the Kirov District Court of Donetsk in 2014. She forged judgments and made changes in citizens' registration documents for real estate and housing in Donetsk", - Matios said.

Thus, according to the military prosecutor, the housing was re-registered for representatives of terrorist organizations.

Matios also noted that at present three victims "found out that they do not have any housing and residence in Donetsk anymore, by accident entering the open registers of movable and immovable property".

"During the search, we found extracts from the registers, copies of judicial decisions of judges who worked in Donetsk in 2013-2014, under whose surnames she made these fake decisions and sent them to Donetsk", - he said.

In addition, the accomplice and the main organizer of this scheme, who linked the judge and the so-called deputy minister of internal affairs of the "DNR", was detained.
