The so-called "expert council on the state registration of religious organizations" began its work in the occupied territory of the Luhansk oblast. This is stated in the report of the fake "Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of the LNR".
It is assumed that this council will conduct an expert examination of each religious organization "for further registration and entry into the state register as legal entities".
The so-called head of the "Department for Religious Organizations and Spirituality of the Ministry of Culture" Andrei Litsoyev said that before submitting documents for registration to the "ministry", all "leaders of religious organizations must undergo compulsory consultation and obtain a conclusion of a religious expert examination".
