President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to include the Russian Federation in the list of migration risk countries. This is stated in the presidential decree of August 30.
In the Decree, the CMU is instructed to "update the list of migration risk states, in particular, to include the Russian Federation in it".
The NSDC instructed the Cabinet of Ministers, within a month's time, to implement comprehensive measures with the participation of the SBU Security Service of Ukraine to tighten control over entry into Ukraine, the departure of foreigners from Ukraine, including citizens of the Russian Federation, and stateless persons, their compliance with the rules of stay in Ukraine.
In addition, this decree introduced the decision of the National Security and Defense Council "On strengthening control over the entry into Ukraine, the departure from Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons, compliance with their rules of stay on the territory of Ukraine".
