The fake "state property fund", operating in the occupied part of the Donetsk oblast, intends to seize the real estate of the Ilich-Agro enterprise through the so-called "court". It is reported by the "official" website of the so-called "DNR".
The "state property fund" notified the Ilich-Agro subsidiary of PJSC Mariupol Illich Iron and Steel Works about filing a statement of claim to the “DNR arbitration court” for the recognition of ownership of the ownerless real estate.
The Ilich-Agro enterprise is a member of HarvEast Holding, whose shareholders are SCM Group (Rinat Akhmetov) and Smart Holding Group (Vadym Novinsky).
The HarvEast Holding was established on March 10, 2011 on the basis of agricultural assets of PJSC Mariupol Illich Iron and Steel Works. Its total amount of cultivated land in peacetime amounted to about 220 thousand hectares; the number of cattle was 25 thousand animal units.
