Deputy Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Yuriy Grymchak hopes that Russia will leave the Donbass in 2018. He said this on the air of 5 Channel, Interfax-Ukraina reports.

"I said, and I am still ready to confirm this, there are people besides me who also believe that that by calculations, Russia will leave in 2018", - he said, answering a question about whether Russia will leave the Donbass.

At the same time, the deputy minister believes that the term of the Russian Federation's stay in the Donbass has been prolonged because of the "blockade of the occupied territories" held in early 2017.

"The only thing is, there are suspicions that the last such fight for Ukraine will probably be in November - this is when Russia will try to activate everything that it has in order to destabilize the situation in Ukraine for the sake of not withdrawing (from the Donbass - Ed.)", - Grymchak said.
