Four people died from pneumonia in Donetsk region in the past day, - informs the press service of the Donetsk Regional Military and Civil Administration.
"4 days were recorded in the last day (in Kurakhovo, Selidovo, Krasnoarmeysk and Artemovsk, where a 17-year-old teenager)," - said the statement.
As of January 13th, 2016 31 deaths from pneumonia have been recorded in the region, 17 of them in Kramatorsk. There is no viral etiology of the disease on January 13th.
Today the educational process in schools was suspended in Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Nikolayevka due to exceeding the epidemic threshold. The State Sanitary Epidemiological Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region reported that in order to stabilize the epidemiological situation in the region a series of organizational, preventive and anti-epidemic measures was being carried out. Immunization against influenza in highly vulnerable groups has been organized. 5141 people (98.8% of those planned) have been vaccinated as of January 6th, 2016, basically at the expense of local budgets and enterprises.
