Ukrenergo has confirmed that Ukraine no longer supplies electricity to the entire uncontrolled territory of the Donbass. This was reported by the chairman of Ukrenergo Vsevolod Kovalchuk at a briefing in Kyiv today, - the correspondent of OstroV reports.
"From now on, the flows in the uncontrolled territory are zero. There are no other additional consequences of this process for Ukraine's energy system. The flows were negative…, that is, for the benefit of uncontrolled territories. There were problems with settlements, as we know… Now we will have positive consequences in the part that there will be no increase in arrear", - he said.
As previously reported, Ukraine stopped supplying electricity to the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast from July 26.
