The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has established the procedure for pension payment according to the actual residence indicated in the application by the pensioner, and not according to the place of residence registration, as it was before. The relevant resolution No 334 from May 17 was published on the government portal.
The procedure for pension and cash aid payment from August 30, 1999 had earlier provided for payments according to the place of residence registration in the settlements, now it is according to the indicated in the application actual residence in the territory of Ukraine.
"…to replace the words "according to the place of residence registration of the recipient" in the text by the words "according to the actual residence of the recipient in the settlement within Ukraine, indicated in the application", - the resolution says.
