The humanitarian staff will be ready to resume operation as soon as the distribution center and the dispensing offices are unblocked.

At the same time on the website of the staff it is stated that "on February 28, in connection with the sanitation works dispensing offices located at the Donbass Arena will be closed. In particular, it concerns Voroshilovskiy, Kalininskiy and Kyivskiy districts of Donetsk.
Meanwhile, in social networks people write that humanitarian aid is not given out, and the stadium is cordoned off.
