The leader of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko announced the creation of headquarters for actual confiscation of the Ukrainian enterprises in the part of the Donetsk oblast occupied by militants. This was stated by the terrorist at a press conference in Donetsk.
"I have issued a decree on the establishment of headquarters which will regulate the rights of workers", the leader of the "DPR" said, commenting on the situation with the enterprises of Ukrainian jurisdiction, the work of which was disrupted in connection with the transport blockade of the Donbass by Ukrainian activists.
He reminded that the work of Yenakiyeve Iron and Steel Works and a number of other enterprises had stopped in connection with the blockade.
"This (actual confiscation – OstroV) is the whole procedure, we must ensure the wages. All these processes and the transition itself under external management will be controlled by this headquarters", - the militant stated.
The leaders of the "DPR" and "LPR" Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky earlier demanded from Ukraine to stop the transport blockade of the Donbass until March 1. According to the statement of the terrorists, in the case of failure to comply with requirements the fake republics will introduce the external management at the enterprises of Ukrainian jurisdiction and stop to supply coal to Ukraine.
