The question of release of coal supplies from the temporarily occupied territories should be resolved at the negotiating table, no one has the desire to use force. "There is a decision of the NSDC, no one has the desire to use force. The Premier expressed the initiative to negotiate. I met the people, I will say frankly – many of the organizers of this action are simply misinformed. A huge amount of information they are put does not reflect the actual situation, it is outright lies and manipulation", - said Tuka when asked whether the government plans to make a decision on unlocking.
