The leader of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko stated that he will not give the order to withdrawal weapons from the front line while Ukraine will not draw off its troops. This was stated by the terrorist at the meeting of the leaders of the "republics" with the First Deputy Head of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE in Ukraine Alexander Hug in Luhansk.
"I officially declare that I, as the head of the "Donetsk People's Republic"(legally non-existent – OstroV), will not give the order to withdraw any unit of equipment from the front line as long as we will not see that the Ukrainian military did it for their part. My signature will not be under such a decree until we will not be sure in this "- the leader of the "DPR" stated.
