The "LPR" admitted the delay in salary payment to state employees. It is reported by "Minister of Finance of the LPR" Yevgeniy Manuylov to one of the separatist media.
"We started partial payment of salary. Everything depends on the timeliness of tax revenue. We’ll close the salary issue if we get the relevant payments," – said the "Minister" promising that salaries for the public sector for October will be paid in full at the beginning of November.
Manuylov’s statement was made in response to information from teachers from illegal university of occupied Luhansk on salary delays and partial repayment with food packages.
"Information about paying October salary for public sector in the form of food packages is not true. No products will not be given, it is all rumors," - said the "Minister".
