Elections in occupied Donbass are impossible to be carried out under Ukrainian law as the issue of security is not solved. It was stated by Vice-Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze during the meeting with the delegation of the PACE monitoring committee, - says her press office.

"This part of the Minsk agreements cannot be implemented due to the security situation. Even the OSCE mission cannot get to certain areas of the east of Ukraine, how can the Ukrainian authorities can hold elections there?" - said Vice-Prime Minister.
