According to him, "according to information from Donetskenergo, a subsidiary of the South-West Electric Grid Company, 21 transformer substations in the Leninskyi district have been disconnected".

"A total of 5,690 households remain without electricity. Work to restore the power supply is underway", - the head of the occupation authorities added, without specifying the cause of the outage.
