After the conversation between US President Donald Trump and the russian dictator putin, the russian side handed the US a non-paper (an unofficial document) in which it reiterated preliminary conditions for achieving peace with Ukraine. This was reported by Reuters, citing three sources, as noted by European Pravda.
According to Reuters, russia demanded to establish control over the entire Donbas, as well as to impose bans on the deployment of NATO troops as part of a post-war settlement.
The agency did not provide other provisions of the document but stated that they repeated the conditions previously voiced by moscow for reaching a peace agreement with Ukraine.
As reported, the announced high-level meetings between the US and the kremlin will not take place in the near future.
