“Power unexpectedly went out partially in the Voroshilovskyi, Kyivskyi, and Kirovskyi districts of Donetsk”, - local social media report.
It is also reported that electricity is partially absent in the Leninskyi, Kuibyshevskyi, and Petrovskiy districts. There is no “official” information yet about the causes of the outage.
The reason for the outages is an accident at a substation. According to energy officials, nearly 115,000 city residents, 158 boiler houses, 95 schools, 69 kindergartens, and 39 hospitals have been left without power.
