“Every week in the so-called ‘LNR’, new problems with water supply arise. Most often, this happens in the territories occupied 11 years ago, where all this time russia has done nothing. Now, an emergency situation has occurred on the water pipelines that supply 24 settlements, including eight cities”, - reported the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Oleksii Kharchenko, on October 15.
According to him, 200,000 residents have no access to drinking water.
“Sixteen villages and towns, as well as five cities, are completely disconnected from the water supply. In addition, more than half of the residents of Brianka, Kadiivka, and Alchevsk have no water in their taps”, - Kharchenko added.
