Any action will definitely meet counteraction", - Major General Andriy Hnatov said in an interview with Ukrinform, answering the question of whether Ukraine can afford a "blackout in moscow".
"We are well off in terms of any weapons. Yes, of course, there are problematic issues regarding the quantities needed to gain an advantage. It is clear that the enemy currently has more combat aircraft, but that does not mean they can use that to gain an advantage that would give them chances to win the war. The same story applies to other types of equipment. They have more missiles, for example, but we employ them differently", - Hnatov said.
