Occupying "authorities" imposed "interim state administration" in Karakubsk Grain Enterprise (Starobeshevskiy district) owned by one of the biggest trading company Noble Group worldwide. It is stated by "order" of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko on August 16th.
"In connection with the disengagement of the administration of the Karakubsk Grain Enterprise Private Joint Stock Company to run the company, in order to ensure food security of the Donetsk People's Republic ... to introduce a temporary public administration," - said the "order".
Zakharchenko appointed Agro Donbass PE as an executive body.
In 2012, 90.7% of the shares of Karakubsk Grain Enterprise Private Joint Stock Company were bought by Dutch Noble Jade B.V. company, which is part of Noble Group - one of the largest trading companies in the world, a global supplier of agricultural products, whose headquarters is located in Hong Kong.
