There are no programmes that provide housing for displaced persons in Ukraine today. It was stated by Minister on the occupied territories and displaced persons Vadim Chernysh in Svyatogorsk on the air of the 112 channel.

"At present, there are no programsme in the sphere of housing which provide for the construction of housing for the displaced people, as well as credit resources, which allow us to do this in Ukraine. It is so because creditors have conditions of loan disbursements in different sectors, but not in housing, "- said Chernysh.

He explained that the money from the state budget wouldbe allocated only if there was a relevant Ukrainian law and targeted programmes.

"If the government approves the programme with such paragraphs, then, of course, it has the right to be financed, but this decision will be made by the Verkhovna Rada," - said the Minister.

According to him, now you can count on only grant funds and loans. Thus, now we are considering the possibility of a loan from the German KfW bank which conditions include funds for housing. But this loan must be agreed. "It is an issue of negotiations with our international partners, difficult enough," – said the Minister.
