As a result of russian strikes on Kharkiv, an apartment building was damaged, and there are injured people. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Oblast State Administration, Oleh Synehubov, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, and President Volodymyr Zelensky on their Telegram pages.

In particular, Terekhov mentioned that the enemy launched KAB bombs on Kharkiv. "A strike on a multi-story residential building. Fire, destruction", - he noted.

The enemy hit the 10th floor of the building, and the fire spread across four floors – from the 9th to the 12th.

The number of victims is constantly rising: initially, there were reports of 25 injured, then the mayor updated the figure to 28. As of 16:50 of September 15, 33 people were injured, including children.

"The world must help defend against russian military aviation, from the dozens of guided aerial bombs that take Ukrainian lives every day. This terror can be stopped. But to stop the terror, we must stop the fear of strong decisions that are objectively necessary. This war can only be ended justly through resolve. It is resolve that most effectively protects against terror", - Zelensky commented on yet another attack by the russians on civilians.
