Russian mercenary detained near Troitskoye in Popasnya district of Luhansk region on July 11th told about provocative shelling by militants "at their own people".
"I was told that they (AFU - OstroV) bombed all the houses, neighborhoods, but I doubt it because I had information that they shelled their own people in the militia and at Ukraine:. two shells here and two shells there, thereby provoking", - said the militant.
"That information product, which Russia produces, is not true. The situation is completely different," - he said.
As previously reported, the subversive, detained by the AFU, had been serving as a commander in Ukraine since March 2016 as part of the so-called Slavyanskaya brigade.
According to him, his job was to cover militants’ positions.
