Russian occupiers launched new attacks on the Donetsk oblast over the past day. As a result, 12 civilians were injured, including two children, and 85 civilian structures were damaged, the regional police reported on the morning of June 24.

"During the day, the russian army conducted 2,783 shelling attacks. Twelve settlements were affected by enemy fire: the cities of Zalizne, Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Mykolaivka, Selydove, Toretsk; the villages of Niu-York, Siverne, Vesele, Dovha Balka, Myroliubivka, and Ostrovske. The damage included 85 civilian structures - 67 residential buildings, a farm, outbuildings, vehicles, a gas pipeline, and power lines", - the statement reads.

"Toretsk was hit five times by the russians - with a KAB-250 bomb and artillery. One civilian was injured, and six apartment buildings and three private houses were damaged. In Selydove, the occupiers dropped three KAB-500 and UMPB D-30SN bombs - injuring six residents, including two boys born in 2010 and 2013. Thirty-five private houses, vehicles, and a power line were damaged. In Kurakhove, russian forces used cluster munitions from an Uragan MLRS, injuring three civilians and damaging three private houses. Two more were injured in Zalizne and Pivnichne. Kostiantynivka suffered an airstrike with a UMPB D-30SN bomb, damaging 13 private houses, outbuildings, and utilities", - the police reported.
