The "DPR" demands Ukrainian MTS and LifeCell mobile operators to receive a "republican" license. Self-proclaimed "Minister of Communications of the DPR" Viktor Yatsenko stated that, - reports the separatist DAN website.
The "Minister", in this case, threatens to ban operators to work on the occupied territory. "State operators will be able to replace the Ukrainian, if they do not get a license. They will work under the jurisdiction of the Donetsk People's Republic," - said Yatsenko.
According to fake "Ministry of Communications of the DPR", Ukrainian MTS-Ukraine and LifeCell mobile operators must obtain a license for carrying out telecommunication activities in the occupied part of Donetsk region in the next five months.
