German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced the delivery of an additional 100 anti-aircraft missiles for the Patriot air defense system to Ukraine. He made this announcement at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on June 11, as reported by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
"32 of these interceptors have already been delivered in the last two days, and the remaining 68 will be provided in the coming weeks", - said Pistorius.
He noted that these missiles would help "protect infrastructure and save lives in Ukraine".
Earlier, it was reported that Zelensky discussed Ukraine's needs with the German President amid russian attacks on energy infrastructure and the situation on the front lines.
