In the so-called "DNR", it was reported that a criminal case has been initiated against the "head of the municipal formation" of Yenakiieve, Roman Khramenkov, who is suspected of receiving several large bribes. This was reported on May 20 by the Investigative Committee of russia for the "DNR".

"According to the investigation, Khramenkov, through an intermediary, received a bribe of 3 million rubles in November 2023 for terminating the city administration's real estate lease agreements with an organization and concluding them with an entrepreneur. He received another bribe of 10 million rubles from the director of an organization for a similar 'service'", - the report states.

Khramenkov has been detained and is charged under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the russian federation (receiving a bribe on an especially large scale). A criminal case has also been initiated against the intermediary. Investigative actions and evidence gathering are underway.

It was also reported that Khramenkov was detained for receiving an unusual bribe in the form of two ATVs.
