Shelling was recorded in the occupied Luhansk area near the settlement of Yuvileine on May 20. Local social media groups shared relevant videos, as did the "official First Information Agency of the LNR".
"Likely a strike in the Yuvileine area. Photos/videos are already spreading online. There is no official information yet", - a local Telegram channel reports.
"Eyewitnesses in Luhansk report heavy smoke in the Yuvileine area. They say an explosion was heard before that", - writes the "Information Agency of the LNR".
"And not just one", - comments a local resident under the post from the "official" media.
"Air defense shot down one missile, but the first one hit somewhere. The third one landed in the fields", - writes another commentator.
According to the "Trybun" publication, based on preliminary information from local residents, the strike occurred on the grounds of the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after Didorenko. Eyewitnesses reported around eight explosions, with enemy air defense only responding once. It is noted that occupiers were stationed on the premises.
