Occupiers injured five civilians in Kostiantynivka, and the pre-trial investigation has been initiated by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office. This was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
"Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office, pre-trial investigation is being conducted in a criminal case regarding the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, on April 23, 2024, russian forces attacked Kostiantynivka. Preliminarily, the enemy used a guided aviation bomb UMPB D-30 SM against the civilian population. As a result of the impact of the munition on one of the streets of the city, the driver and four passengers aged between 51 and 70 sustained injuries of varying severity. At the time of the shelling, they were traveling in a passenger car. The victims were diagnosed with multiple shrapnel wounds", - the statement said.
It is also reported that as a result of the russian strike, the facades of private houses, a car, and power lines were damaged.
As reported, within a day, russia killed two Donbas civilians and injured one, with occupiers making 1691 strikes across the region.
