Over the past 24 hours, about 20 settlements in the Kharkiv oblast have been subjected to enemy strikes, resulting in the destruction of a school and a club in one of the districts. This was reported on the morning of January 16 by the head of the Oblast Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov, on Telegram.
According to him, enemy artillery and mortar strikes targeted, among others, Huriev Kozachok in Bohodukhiv district, Kozacha Lopan in the Kharkiv district, Ohurtsove, Volchansk, Bochkove, Okhrymivka in Chuhuiv district, Dvurichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove in Kupiansk district.
The enemy conducted air strikes on Vesele village in Kharkiv district and Berestove village in Kupiansk district.
"Yesterday, around 15:30, the enemy shelled Vesele village in Kharkiv district with cluster munitions. The school building is damaged, and the club building is destroyed. At 21:50 and 23:00, occupiers from multiple launch rocket systems struck Volchansk city in Chuhiv district. The administrative building of a telecommunications company was damaged. There is no information about casualties", - stated the head of the Oblast Military Administration.
