Patrick Ryder, a representative of the Pentagon, addressed reports in the press claiming that American weapons in Ukraine are allegedly being resold to third parties, according to "Mirror of the Week" publication on January 12.
"As of today, there is no credible evidence of advanced conventional weapons provided by the U.S. ending up in the wrong hands in Ukraine", - stated Ryder.
He emphasized that russia has been consistently attempting to spread such disinformation since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
"We have been closely monitoring how the Ukrainians are using these capabilities on the battlefield. We see that they are using them effectively", - Ryder added.
Earlier, it was reported that the U.S. Department of Defense could not account for 2% of the weapons provided to Ukraine.
