As a result of the russian airbomb being dropped on Rubizhne, there are casualties and missing persons. The head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, conveyed this information in his Telegram channel on January 8.
"Injured individuals are being hospitalized, while those with less severe injuries are being transported to temporary shelters. The search for the missing continues", - wrote Lysohor.
He noted that the strike affected the surviving multi-story buildings in the city.
"Usually, during such 'emergency' events, occupiers blame the shelling from Ukrainian forces. This time, numerous witnesses who saw both the russian fighter jet and the actual descent of the munition prevented them from concealing or attributing it to the enemy", - the message said.
FAB-250 is a 250-kilogram airbomb with a fragmentation-explosive warhead.
Earlier reports indicated that russians "dropped" an FAB-250 airbomb on the private sector of the occupied Rubizhne.
