Denis Pushilin, the leader of the "DNR", acknowledged that in the occupied territory under russian control, the situation with heating, electricity, and fallen trees is critical. He wrote about this on his Telegram channel following a meeting with the "government".

"There are subscribers who have been without electricity for a long time, without heating, and people cannot reach the relevant dispatch services... Many complaints are received about the lack of cleaning of broken branches and trees hanging on wires or lying on the roadway, posing a danger to people", - he lamented.

The head of the occupational administration ordered the "government" to involve "public figures, volunteers, and regional leaders" in addressing the aftermath of the disaster in case of a shortage of workers.

"The situation has become critical, and it is necessary to mobilize all possible resources to solve the problem", - Pushilin admitted.

As reported earlier, last week, due to the consequences of severe weather conditions (heavy icing), a state of emergency was declared in the occupied part of the Donetsk oblast.
