The self-proclaimed "republics" said that they were not going to hold elections on the occupied territories by Ukrainian laws that are not agreed with the "DPR" and "LPR". It is stated by the joint statement of head of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko and head of the "LPR" Igor Plotnitsky, - reports the separatist DAN website.

"We have presented a lot of options of Constitutional amendments and draft laws on election for one year and a half, but there has been no reaction from the Ukrainian side. At the same time, the Ukrainian parliament considers and even tadopts some laws, announces adoption of amendments to the Constitution, supposedly in the framework of the Minsk agreements that is a blatant lie," - complained Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky.

"People of Donbass do not recognize the Ukrainian laws that are not agreed with their representatives and, moreover, will not hold elections by them," - said the leaders of the "DPR" and "LPR".

The militants say that the adoption of amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine that are not agreed with them will be a flagrant violation of the Minsk agreements and "republics" will not be recognize them.

"It makes it more difficult to discuss the other points of the agreements, including border control of the LDPR with the Russian Federation," – threatened they.
