Leader of the so-called "LNR" Leonid Pasechnik has signed a "decree" on the conscription of individuals born between 1994 and 2006. It is titled "On measures to ensure the conscription of citizens born between 1994 and 2006 for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the LNR from April to July 2024". Corresponding "documents" were published by occupation media on March 29th.
"The Decree establishes a conscription commission of the Luhansk People's Republic, as well as conscription commissions of urban districts and municipal districts of the LNR. The document also approves the main and reserve composition of conscription commissions", - stated the occupiers.
Additionally, Pasechnik instructed the "Ministry of Health of the LNR" to designate medical institutions for the medical examination of conscripts and to include qualified personnel in the composition of medical boards.
