Russian occupiers have struck Kharkiv for the first time with a large-caliber guided munition on March 27. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov, on Telegram.

"According to preliminary data, today the enemy struck Kharkiv for the first time with a large-caliber guided munition", - the statement said.
