In the occupied city of Horlivka, the operation of boilers, filtration, and pumping stations has been halted, and several settlements have been left without electricity. This was stated in a message on the Telegram channel of the city's "mayor", Ivan Prikhodko.
The reason for this widespread communal collapse is attributed to an "emergency situation in the power supply system of the Donetsk People's Republic".
As reported earlier, a similar situation is observed in the occupied cities of Donetsk, Makiivka, and Mariupol.
