"The suit costs 16 thousand rubles. I come to Rostov, exactly the same suit costs 4 thousand rubles there. I start to count. And why you bought in Rostov, passed customs, added 25%. And I get a suit for 8 thousand. What about other 8 thousand?"- said the leader of the "DPR".
