The so-called "head of the DNR" Denis Pushilin appointed Yevgeny Solntsev as the "Prime Minister of the Republic" by his "decree" dated October 4th.
"To appoint Yevgeny Solntsev as the Chairman of the Government of the Donetsk People's Republic", - the "document" states.
It is noted that Solntsev previously held a similar position since March of this year, and his candidacy was approved by the "People's Council of the DNR".
Earlier, it was reported that the authorities of the "DNR" boasted of allocating 156 plots for housing construction. However, there is a catch - all of it is for sale.
