Chechnya's leader (russia), Ramzan Kadyrov, announced that Chechen forces have launched an offensive and received orders to seize Marinka and a "number of other settlements". He wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
"The so-called Marinka direction is within our responsibility zone. Special forces units of AKHMAT and the Sever-AKHMAT regiment of the Russian Ministry of Defense have been deployed here", - he stated.
"Similar orders to begin the offensive have also been given to other units of AKHMAT from the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Russian National Guard, which are stationed in alternative sectors along the contact line of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts", - Kadyrov added.
