Under the guise of checking gas meters, the russians are looking for empty housing for looting and resettlement of russian military in the occupied Starobilsk, Luhansk oblast. This was reported by the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration on its Telegram channel on March 9.
"In Starobilsk, employees of "city gas company" began to visit houses to check the data of gas meters, in parallel compiling lists of premises where no one lives", - the report said.
It is emphasized that this is done in order to let the russians move into the apartments and houses and to loot.
Earlier it was reported that in Rubizhne, Luhansk oblast, the occupiers are deploying personnel in residential areas, hiding behind the civilian population.
