Russian occupiers shelled Kherson on the morning of Thursday, March 9 yet again. This was reported by the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak on Telegram.
"Russian terrorists shelled Kherson in the morning. They hit, among other things, a public transport stop. As a result of the shelling, 3 people were killed", - the official said.
The Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office also reported at least two wounded as a result of this shelling. Law enforcement officials also added that shelling of the city continues.
"The armed forces of the russian federation, once again disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, shelled residential areas of the city of Kherson and the settlements of the Beryslav district", - the prosecutor's office reported.
According to the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, the russians killed two people at a bus stop. The third victim of the occupiers was a woman who was in a nearby store. Fragments of the ammunition hit the building.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office, a criminal case has been initiated regarding the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with deliberate murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Previously it was reported that five people had already been killed as a result of a missile attack in the Lviv oblast.
