Leader of the self-proclaimed "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko said that he would initiate "criminal proceedings" against President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. He said that today at the briefing with reporters – reports the separatist DAN website.
"I'm going to appeal to the Ministry of State Security and Prosecutor General's Office to open criminal proceedings against President of Ukraine Poroshenko. All who are guilty for the war in Donbass should be punished," - he said.
The leader of militants intends to "plea" to open criminal cases against Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov, as well as ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
As previously reported, the "DPR" does not fulfill the Minsk agreements regarding ceasefire, but requires, at the same time, the Ukrainian side to adopt a law on amnesty for all militants.
