The Verkhovna Rada has approved the decrees of President Volodymyr Zelensky on extending martial law and general mobilization for 90 days until February 19, 2023. This was reported by People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak in Telegram on November 16.

The bill on martial law was supported by 294 deputies, on mobilization - by 297

"The Verkhovna Rada has extended martial law and general mobilization for 90 days until February 19, 2023", - Zheleznyak wrote.

Let us recall that last week, President Volodymyr Zelensky submitted to the Rada bill No.8189 approving the presidential decree on extending martial law in Ukraine and No.8190 on extending the general mobilization period by 90 days until February 19, 2023.

Martial law and general mobilization were introduced in Ukraine from 05:30 on February 24 after a full-scale invasion by russia for a period of 30 days. Latet, they were continued for 30 days until March 26, for 30 days until April 25, for 30 days until May 30, for 90 days until August 23 abd for 90 days until November 21.
