The new Cabinet can consist of six deputy prime ministers. It is informed by Interfax-Ukraine with the reference to the source in the PPB.
As the newspaper notes, as a result of consultation, the agreed Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers will include residential representative in the Verkhovna Rada Stepan Stepan Kubiv on the post of the First Vice-Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Pavlo Rozenko as Vice-Prime Minister for Social Affairs, Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze as Vice-Prime Minister for European Integration, Vladimir Kistion as Vice-Prime Minister on the ATO and the occupied territories, Dmitriy Shimkiv as Vice-Prime Minister on reforms.
According to the list, the current Vice-Prime Minister - Minister of Culture Vyacheslav Kirilenko will be only Vice-Prime Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, as well as Yevgen Nyshchuk will run Ministry of Culture (he held the post from February 7th to December 2nd, 2014).
As source in the PPB informs, acting deputy head of the Ministry Yulia Koval and Maxim Nefedov will become S. Kubiv’s deputies.
Ministry of Finance will be headed by the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, the presidential representative in the Cabinet Alexander Danyluk, his deputy Oksana Markarova will be acting Deputy Finance Minister.
Ministry of Social Policy will be headed by deputy Vinnitsa mayor Andrey Reva, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources - MP from Narodnyi Front faction Ostap Semerak, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine - MP from Narodnyi Front, the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Science and education Lilia Grinevich, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine - MP from Petro Poroshenko faction Taras Kutovoy.
Acting deputy head of the Ministry of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan will become Minister of Infrastructure. Only Ministry of Regional Development will be be run by current Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Gennadiy Zubko.
Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers will be acting head of the Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Sayenko.
"Negotiations are going on in regard to the Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Ministry of Healthcare, but Groysman demands to consider people with undamaged reputation," - said the source.
According to a source in the PPB faction, one of the contenders for the post of Minister of Healthcare is the director of the National Institute of Surgery and Transplantation named after A.Shalimov Alexander Usenko. However, the spokesman noted that there was a possibility that the contender might refuse an offer of a government job.
Ministerial changes didn’t concern head of the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko, Minister of Defense - Stepan Poltorak, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Klimkin, Minister of Information Policy Yuriy Stets and Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Yuriy Zhdanov.
