Ukrainian intelligence should move on to offensive action. This statement was made by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during a meeting with employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service on the occasion of the Day of Foreign Intelligence of Ukraine, - the website of the head of state reports.
According to Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine's intelligence has always played an important role in countering external threats, and now it is time not only to effectively deter, but also to launch offensive action in defending Ukraine's national interests.
"We have learned to effectively deter and counteract external aggressions. I am sure that the time has come to move on to offensive action in defending our national interests. You have the experience and capabilities to implement such a strategy. Intelligence, the ability to generate unconventional solutions to acute problems, the courage and dedication of each intelligence officer should continue to remain effective tools for working for the benefit of our state", - the president is convinced.
