19 120 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
19 120 people fell ill over the past day, including 1414 children and 338 health workers. 2939 people were hospitalized and 734 – died.
9 738 people recovered on October 25.
129 063 tests were carried over the past day, of which 61 027 – by PCR, 18 233 – by EIA and 49 803 – by rapid antigen tests.
2 803 159 people fell ill for the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2 390 112 patients recovered and 64 936 people died.
The largest number of confirmed cases over the past day was registered in the Dnipropetrovsk (1760), Odesa (1605), Zaporizhzhia (1335), Kharkiv (1255) and Kherson (1222) oblasts.
742 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in the controlled territory of the Luhansk oblast.
