The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities has banned the import of Russian and Belarusian electricity to Ukraine until October 1, 2021. This was announced by MP from the European Solidarity Oleksiy Honcharenko in Telegram.

"The NCSREPU has just banned the import of Russian and Belarusian electricity to Ukraine until October 1, 2021", - the People's Deputy wrote.

Honcharenko noted at the meeting of the NCSREPU that he demanded an open-ended ban, or at least until the end of this year.

"I reminded about the Russian aggression, the latest events in Belarus and the PACE resolutions. However, in fact, it was decided to stop imports for only 4 months", - he reported.
