Head of the Presidential Administration Boris Lozhkyn denies the possibility of appointing Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov and leader of the Opposition Bloc faction in the Verkhovna Rada Yuriy Boyko on the posts of the heads of the occupied territories of Donbass. He said this on the air of the Vesti radio, - reports UNIAN.

"I heard these rumors in the summer of 2014. I have no evidence that this is somehow true, no. I never took part in the discussion of any plans in relation to one or another candidate. Maybe someone wants it to be true," - he said.

"I think that till the Minsk agreements are fulfilled, in principle, this scenario cannot be implemented, no matter with whose names," - said Lozhkyn.

Earlier ZN.UA reported with reference to its sources in the Presidential Administration that Akhmetov and Boyko were considered as heads of the "separate districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions".

Thus, according to the publication sources, Viktor Medvedchuk offered President Petro Poroshenko a plan, according to which the administrations will be created in SDDLR and people appointed on the posts of the heads will satisfy both Kiev and Moscow.
