The Verkhovna Rada has adopted draft law No.3612 on people power through the all-Ukrainian referendum in the second reading and as a whole, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
255 people's deputies supported the decision.
As previously reported, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill on the all-Ukrainian referendum in the first reading on June 18.
